Hello, my name is Sharyn and I'm the Owner/Operator of Discoveries Childcare. I've been married for 16 years to Jon, and we have two very beautiful children, Zakeri 14, and Alexys 10, I also have a step-daughter Kaylie who is 23, and a beautiful grandson Trystan who is 3.
So you want to know what my qualifications are. In June of 2001 I opened the doors of Discoveries Childcare as a private childcare provider, but before that I was a teenage babysitter for many years. As a childcare provider I strive to be the best that I can possibly be, I'm continually taking childcare educational course through Job and Family Services, the Health Department, or the American Red Cross plus I attend several early childhood conferences a year. Some of my qualifications include CPR/1st Aid Certification, Communicable Disease Certification, Health and Safety Certification, Child Abuse and Neglect Certification.
